“Dancing the 5Rhythms through the beauty of Palazzo Te”
Experience of live exchange and knowledge transfer for artists, professionals, and cultural workers who, as in the magic of the multiplication of mother yeast with water and flour, from an initial cell multiply knowledge and skills, meeting at SEGNI to build and renew ALLIANCES.
The event will include a 5Rhythms Dance session led by Marcella Panseri with silent disco headphones.
The 5Rhythms is a guided conscious movement practice, in which we go through different genres of music, but there are no steps to learn. It is a way to get in touch with oneself and with others and to listen to the signs that our body draws in space. Of the messages it tells us. Of the truth without frills.
Clothing: comfortable and layered, in this practice you sweat a lot but in the more meditative phase you can get cold.
Bring light, clean dance, yoga or exercise shoes and water.
You dance with silent disc headphones, if you are aware that you have hearing problems this setting is not indicated.
Mobile phones should be on airplane mode so as not to interfere with the transmission.
Conducted by Marcella Panseri (she), certified teacher of 5Rhythms and Soul Motion and co-founder of ConsciousDanceItaly, the portal that unites all conscious movement practices with roots and training in the 5Rhythms. In Mantua she leads a dance workshop in which with silent-disc headphones participants will be able to explore the beauty of Palazzo Te.
Marcella has taken these practices everywhere: to the cathedral square as well as to the high mountains, to the sea as well as to the Venice Biennale.
