Dolce ad arte stories | MUFFIN

Farmo is synonymous with goodness and quality in the gluten-free world and this year for the spectators of the festival it has thought together with SEGNI about the creation of a new special section where, at each episode, a story is combined with a recipe. To mix ingredients and imagination, between sweet and savory, using balanced, healthy and tasty products.

It is possible to request the kit of products offered by Farmo at the festival ticket office (0376.1514016) with which to experiment as little chefs, together with mum and dad, the art of cooking, directly from home.

Today’s recipe is: MUFFIN WITH CHOCOLATE DROPS to prepare and enjoy listening to the story “Il Palazzo di gelato” by Gianni Rodari.

Ingrediants:

  • FibrePan-Cake 500 g
  • Eggs 250 g
  • Softened butter 250g (or vegetable oil 200g)
  • DARK CHOCOLATE Drops 100g

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave or saucepan
  2. Add the fiberpan cake, eggs and chocolate chips
  3. Blend with a whisk on medium speed for 3-5 minutes
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin cups
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
