Dolce ad arte stories | MUFFIN

Farmo is synonymous with goodness and quality in the gluten-free world, and this year, together with SEGNI, it has created a new special section for festival viewers where, in each episode, a story is combined with a recipe. To mix ingredients and fantasy, between sweet and savoury, using balanced, healthy and tasty products.

It is possible to request at the festival box office (0376.1514016) the kit of products offered by Farmo with which to experiment as little chefs, together with mum and dad, the art of cooking, directly from home.

Today’s recipe is: MUFFINS WITH CHOCOLATE DROPS to be prepared and enjoyed while listening to the story “Il Palazzo di gelato” by Gianni Rodari.

Ingredients:

  • FibrePan-Cake 500 g
  • Eggs 250 g
  • Softened butter 250g (or vegetable oil 200g)
  • FONDING CHOCOLATE Drops 100g

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in the microwave or saucepan
  2. Add fibrepan cake, eggs and chocolate chips
  3. Mixing with a whisk at medium speed for 3-5 minutes
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin cups
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 20 minutes.
