Jon (he) is responsible for PAWB (Participation) at Hijinx Theatre (Wales, UK). Through a number of different projects, Jon is responsible for curating and delivering creative activities with, by and for the neurodivergent and/or learning disability communities across Wales. He has a strong passion for ensuring young people have access to theatre and culture and founded the first neuro-inclusive youth theatres in Wales. Together with an advisory group of Hijinx community members, Jon is developing a framework for members to ensure that the voices of participants and performers guide the work.
Jon is a member of the Executive Committee of ASSITEJ International, international representative of ASSITEJ UK, former president of the International Inclusive Arts Network (IIAN), life coach (specialising in working with LGBTQ+ creatives and clients) and practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming.
