A show that gives a voice to the characters of Spoon River through the young protagonists. A journey that combines theatrical performance with a discovery walk, turning every step into an encounter with stories, people, and landscapes.

The Tersicore Aerial Dance Theatre, made up of its Dance and Theatre students, is ready to present the show “Le Colline Sussurrano” (The Hills Whisper), an ambitious project that reinterprets Edgar Lee Masters’ famous work “*Spoon River Anthology*” through various art forms. Spoon River is a fictional town where the voices of the deceased, through epitaphs and tales, reveal secrets, loves, sorrows, and regrets. The text delves into the human soul, telling the stories of people who, despite being dead, continue to speak, to tell their own truth, and to ask for justice. Using the language of body and word, our intent is to give life to these voices buried in silence, restoring the expressive force they deserve. The project aims to stimulate a deep reflection on the concepts of life, death, regret, and redemption. Through the evocative language of Dance and Theatre, we wish to make the audience reflect on their own existence, their choices, and their dreams.
