Dolce ad arte stories | CHOCOLATE CAKE

Farmo is synonymous with goodness and quality in the gluten-free world and this year for the spectators of the festival it has thought together with SEGNI about the creation of a new special section where, at each episode, a story is combined with a recipe. To mix ingredients and imagination, between sweet and savory, using balanced, healthy and tasty products.

It is possible to request the kit of products offered by Farmo at the festival ticket office (0376.1514016) with which to experiment as little chefs, together with mum and dad, the art of cooking, directly from home.

Today the recipe is the CHOCOLATE CAKE: to be prepared and enjoyed listening to the story of Gianni Rodari’s “Spatial Cuisine”.

Ingredients:

  • FibrePan- Cake 500 g
  • Eggs 250 g
  • Softened butter 250g (or vegetable oil 200g)
  • Dark chocolate 200g

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave or saucepan with the chocolate
  2. Add fiberpan cake and eggs
  3. Mix with a whisk at medium speed for 3 – 5 minutes
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan greased with butter
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for approx. 50 minutes.
