Once again this year, thanks to the special Fibrepan-CAKE mix and under the guidance of a chef, children can enjoy a unique experience in a workshop, becoming the creators of delicious gluten-free cakes, easy to prepare but above all delicious for everyone. Our little pastry chefs will also discover the secrets of making original decorations to create fluffy works of art that are easy to eat. The art of confectionery is made child-friendly by stimulating creative skills, teamwork and reflection on the need to choose balanced, healthy and tasty products.
Recipe: GLUTEN-FREE SBRISOLONA
Ingredients for a 18×18 cm mold 150 g Fibrepan-CAKE preparation FARMO 75 g of Bramata maize flour 75 g chopped almonds with peel 75 g cold butter from the fridge 1 egg
For the surface Sugar A few whole almonds
What you need: 1 bowl 1 square or round mold 1 small knife
This year you can request the product kit provided by Farmo, containing a pack of Fibrepan-CAKE mix and a pack of Mini Cookies: – those who are in the area can drop by in person to pick it up at the Palazzo dei Bambini in Piazza Broletto, 5 and book it by writing to biglietteria.segnifestival@gmail.com and agreeing to pick it up; – families from all over Italy can request, again by e-mail, the code to purchase the kit on Farmo’s e-shop at a discounted rate reserved for SEGNI spectators. All kits purchased on the site will contain, in addition to the products, a Halloween-themed recipe and a €5 voucher that can be used on a subsequent purchase of at least €25.
