Tam Teatromusica

Tam Teatromusica, a production and project company, expresses itself in the area of theatrical research and experimentation. In the intersection and synergy of expressive languages, from music to performance, from installation to video, it outlines a poetic path that materialises in theatrical productions aimed at both childhood and adult theatre.

A path that began in 1980 and that, without ever losing sight of the international horizon, has been able to find roots in the territory by continually putting itself back into play. Tam stands out in the contemporary arts scene for its technological craftsmanship with a strong visionary and communicative impact.

Tam has created more than 80 works for the stage and several video works. Among the most important co-productions are Children’s Corner, to the music of Claude Debussy, with the Teatro alla Scala in Milan for the musical theatre season for children and young people, and Ages, to the music of Bruno Maderna, with the RAI in Milan.

His shows have been hosted in prestigious international festivals including: Bourges _ Festival Le Printemps, Vienna _ Wiener Festwochen, Hannover _ Klang & Korper, Paris _ Festival d’Automne.

It has toured the world, touching on several cities including Melbourne, Lyon, Strasbourg, Jerusalem, Geneva, Zagreb, Budapest, Copenhagen, Edinburgh, Adelaide, Washington, Philadelphia,Vancouver, Montreal, Tunis, Krakow, Warsaw, Brighton.
