LUCIA VACCARINO

Lucia Vaccarino (1981) is an Italian writer of children’s novels, television author and producer. In 2009-2010 she participated as a scholarship holder in the first edition of the WorkShow Tessitori di Sogni, organised by Atlantyca Entertainment and Lucca Comics & Games, as part of the Italia Creativa project, aimed at selecting and training new talents in children’s literature. Between 2012 and 2013 she was executive producer for The Walt Disney Company Italia and in 2013 she published with Fabbri Editori her first series, Me, Mum & Mystery, in collaboration with Atlantyca, from an idea by Pierdomenico Baccalario and with the editorial collaboration of Alessandro Gatti. In recent years, he has helped design writing courses for schools. His works include the Salvamondo series, written in collaboration with author and science popularizer Andrea Vico.
