LA CORSA CONTINUA – event organisation

The MZ Pavilion this year will host an innovative event on an APAM bus!

At the end of its journey, the bus will not stop at the end of the line, but will continue to bring artistic content along the way.

What artistic content? We decide this together: we are looking for people between 15 and 25 years old to organise the event in the round, starting with the type of performance to be staged (a DJ set, a rap battle, a dance or theatre piece, etc.) and on what dates (between 31 October and 4 November), the communication, production, administration part.

We will therefore meet during July and then between September and October to plan together this unconventional event

Tuesday 16 July, 18:00 – 19:00 – online

Thursday 18 July, 18:00 – 19:30 – online

Thursday 25 July, 18:00 – 19:30 – online and live at Campo Canoa, Mantua

Wednesday 31 July, 18:00 – 19:30 at Headquarters in Via Leopoldo Camillo Volta 9B, (Valletta Valsecchi district) Mantua

12 September to 24 October: 1 appointment per week on a day to be agreed between the group

Between 31 October and 3 November 2024, in Mantua and neighbouring municipalities: Final event on APAM buses

Who can participate? Anyone between 15 and 25 years old and adults participating in the cultural ecosystem related to them (parents, teachers, cultural workers)

By participating in this event, you will be able to become a ForesTEEN Ambassador

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Buy or book an event from the schedule*;
  • 👣 Arrive 15 minutes before the start and register yourself at the QR code at the entrance;
  • 🎯 Make sure your ticket is stamped with the ForesTEEN stamp before or after the event;
  • ✍️ Write a brief written review (800 characters) accompanied by a photo, audio, and/or video detailing the experience.
  • 📈 Get a refund (if you paid the entrance, stamp your ticket!) and gain score on your cultural baggage: accumulate points by sending the review. This will allow you to be selected for the #VisitingExperience as a ForesTEEN Ambassador: i.g. international and national trips which the ForesTEEN project covers food and accommodation costs for, thanks to the European funding.

*The programming doesn’t include the event that you wished for? Suggest/recommend new activities to be included in the ForesTEEN Program by writing to segreteria@segnidinfanzia.org; we are glad to know what you do like, your favourite events and why.
