Dolce ad arte stories | CHOCOLATE CAKE

Farmo is synonymous with goodness and quality in the gluten-free world, and this year, together with SEGNI, it has created a new special section for festival viewers where, in each episode, a story is combined with a recipe. To mix ingredients and fantasy, between sweet and savoury, using balanced, healthy and tasty products.

It is possible to request at the festival box office (0376.1514016) the kit of products offered by Farmo with which to experiment like little chefs, together with mum and dad, the art of cooking, directly from home.

Today’s recipe is CHOCOLATE CAKE to be prepared and enjoyed while listening to the story “Cucina spaziale” by Gianni Rodari.

Ingredients:

  • FibrePan- Cake 500 g
  • Eggs 250 g
  • Softened butter 250g (or vegetable oil 200g)
  • Dark chocolate 200g      

Procedure:

  • Melt the butter in the microwave or saucepan together with the chocolate
  • Add fibrepan cake and eggs
  • Mix with a whisk at medium speed for 3 – 5 minutes
  • Pour the mixture into a cake tin greased with butter
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 50 minutes.
