Dolce ad arte stories | PIZZA

Farmo is synonymous with goodness and quality in the gluten-free world, and this year, together with SEGNI, it has created a new special section for festival viewers where, in each episode, a story is combined with a recipe. To mix ingredients and fantasy, between sweet and savoury, using balanced, healthy and tasty products.

It is possible to request at the festival box office (0376.1514016) the kit of products offered by Farmo with which to experiment like little chefs, together with mum and dad, the art of cooking, directly from home.

Today’s recipe is PIZZA to be prepared and enjoyed while listening to the story “L’omino di niente” by Gianni Rodari.

Ingredients:

  • FibrePan    500 g
  • Water  400 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil     50 g
  • Fresh Yeast   25 g
  • Salt 12 g

Procedure:

  • Dissolve the yeast in water and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add all other ingredients and knead in a planetary mixer at medium speed for 5 min. until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Oil a rectangular baking tin and lay the dough on it.
  • Cover with foil and leave to rise for about 35 min. in a warm place.
  • Bake at 200° for about 35 min.
  • Spread ingredients as desired on the dough and bake for another 10 min.
