A well-established format during the pandemic to maintain relations with the international scene, the Chain Reaction Dialogue is a virtual journey involving an interview with artists and cultural workers from a foreign country in order to gather information to build more effective cooperation processes, and in this edition of SIGNS 2021 its destination is the Netherlands.
